It was in the air a few days ago, Now the winds are howling and the temperatures are chillin’. But March starts this week so I remain firm in my optimism – Spring is in the AIr!
Spring offers renewal and restoration, a lifting of the spirit and a desire for change. Bringing us back to Determined Drive and a listing of – you guessed it…new goals. Not just writing goals but personal goals as well. What are your goals for Spring, for the next month or two?

My Spring Goals:
1) I’m prepping for Blue Ridge conference in May.
2) Starting a new local writing project.
3) Starting (once again) a new exercise session.
1. Finish first draft of my present WIP by 3/31/12 (give or take a few days–it’s hard to estimate exactly).
2. By end of March I will be two months into my beginning runner training program. I can’t measure how far I’ll be able to run because I’m too new, my goal is simply to have been consistent in running 3X a week since the inception of the program this month.
3. By 3/31/12, reduce the amount of fattening foods I eat (winter time makes me eat a bunch of hot, usually high fat food).

Great goals for Spring! The running should give you the extra energy boost to finish up your WIP and move on to new projects. Hope you have a wonderful Spring season filled with success!
